DISH with LinkUs Tops DIRECT TV and Cable in Customer Satisfaction

LinkUs Enterprises, a technology integration provider, is pleased to support DISH’s latest win in the 2012 American Customer Satisfaction Index. This year’s survey of customers ranks DISH the first among the nation’s largest satellite and cable providers in key measures of customer satisfaction: overall value, customer loyalty, and the overall customer experience.
LinkUs, as one of DISH Network’s premier integration providers, is a proud supporter of this win for Dish. Customer satisfaction has always been the first focus for LinkUs Sales and Service teams, and “We’re pleased to recognize that our focus on delivering the best installation and hands-on training experience is helping DISH gain recognition with their customers,” said John Townsend.
This year, DISH beat competing satellite TV provider DIRECTTV in overall customer satisfaction. It’s also the twelfth year that DISH has passed Comcast, Time Warner, and Charter in that key criteria. DISH now leads the cable and satellite industry in call center customer satisfaction and website satisfaction.
The American Customer Satisfaction Index is a national leader in economic indicators of customer satisfaction about the quality of products and services available to U.S. households. It’s updated each quarter and each month with new measures for different sectors of the American economy.
